Introduction to Chinese factories
Driven by global demand for “faster, steadier, cheaper” supply chains, our second plant – Rui Fa Industrial – is now live in Tu Ky Town, Hai Duong, Vietnam.
Phase 1: 20,000 m² fitted with 2 master-batch lines, 8 high-precision foaming machines and 4 Industry 4.0 continuous lines that finish all six steps from raw material to packed EVA goods in one pass.
Chinese veterans with 15+ years run key stations; workmanship, specs and SOPs mirror headquarters 100%.
MES + ERP cloud links both plants – issue PO in China in the morning, start production in Vietnam in the afternoon, cutting lead-times by 50%.
Output: 800,000 EVA pieces/month – bags, shoe soles, clogs, protectors – with OEM/ODM/OBM options. Customers in Europe, the U.S., Japan, Korea and Australia can ship from either Vietnam or China to sidestep tariffs.
Next 18 months: USD 3 million more for Phase 2 (30,000 m²), adding 3 super-critical foaming lines and 1 water-based lamination line to create SE-Asia’s EVA hub with the widest range, shortest lead-time and sharpest price.
