How should I clean and care for my EVA bag made of flocked fabric?

Release time:2024-04-10

Flocking fabric is soft, luxurious, moisture-proof, and friction-resistant, making it popular across various industries. It's used in furniture (upholstery, curtains), crafts (picture frames, calligraphy), packaging (eyeglass cases, gift boxes, document covers), and bags (wallets, handbags), deeply integrated into our daily lives. So, how do you clean and care for an EVA bag made of flocking fabric?

1. First, spray a small amount of soapy water onto the stain on the flocking fabric. The soap solution ratio is 1:8.
2. Then, use a soft brush to gently scrub the stain in a clockwise circle. Note that hard brushing or excessive force will damage the direction and smoothness of the flocking fabric pile, affecting its appearance.
3. After the stain is completely removed, wipe off the foam with a dry cloth, rinse with clean water, and then dry with a dry cloth. Ensure no soap foam remains on the flocking fabric; otherwise, it may cause discoloration over time.
4. Finally, dry it with a hairdryer on a cool setting or in the sun. Note that while drying, use a clean brush to comb the pile in the direction of the nap.
5. When air-drying, ensure all parts of the flocking fabric are dry. An EVA bag that is not completely dry is prone to mildew or corrosion.

Exquisite flocking fabric products enrich our lives, so they need better care and maintenance. We hope you learn how to clean and care for flocking fabrics to protect them.
