EVA foam products are a new type of environmentally friendly plastic foam material with good cushioning, impact resistance, heat insulation, moisture resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, and are non-toxic and non-absorbent. In the chemical and organic chemical industries, EVA refers to "ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer" and its rubber-plastic foam material, with a molecular formula of (C2H4)x.(C4H6O2)y, used to manufacture refrigerator tubes, gas pipes, civil engineering boards, containers and daily necessities, and is also widely used in footwear, packaging, sporting goods, and medical devices. When the composition is higher, it has rubber-like elasticity and clearer transparency. It is a solid at room temperature and melts to a certain extent to become a liquid that can flow and has a certain viscosity. The properties of EVA are closely related to the content of vinyl acetate (VA). When the content of VA increases, its resilience, flexibility, adhesion, transparency, solubility, stress cracking resistance, and impact performance will all improve; when the content of VA decreases, the rigidity, wear resistance, and electrical insulation of EVA will increase.
EVA material itself is non-toxic and harmless and is an environmentally friendly material. EVA materials meet environmental protection requirements and can be recycled to reduce environmental pollution. In addition, the production process of EVA is relatively simple and has a relatively small impact on the environment.
